Refund policy

Due to the nature of hot sauce as a food item, we cannot accept returns of hot sauce orders. That said, we want to provide the best experience to all of our customers. If your item arrives broken or defective in any way, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order and we will either issue you a refund or ship you a replacement product free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If your order is approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
